Active Ingredients

Glycolic Acid

Glycolic acid, an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) derived from natural sugars, works on the skin’s surface to exfoliate and decongest, promoting a brighter, smoother complexion. With its small molecular size, it absorbs quickly, improving skin texture and tone while stimulating collagen production to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Ideal for normal skin types, but may be too potent for sensitive skin.

Caviar Lime

Caviar lime, a natural AHA from Australian finger lime, exfoliates to brighten and smooth the complexion. It promotes cellular turnover, boosting collagen and elastin for improved texture and tone, while enhancing skin’s moisture content.

Lactic Acid

Lactic acid, an AHA, exfoliates to reveal a brighter, smoother, and more even-toned complexion. It prevents breakouts by clearing dead skin cells and promotes cellular turnover, unveiling fresher, younger-looking skin.

Salicylic Acid

Salicylic Acid, also known as a Beta Hydroxy Acid, gently exfoliates, removing product build-up and unblocking hair follicles, thus stimulating and encouraging healthy hair growth. Salicylic acid penetrates below skin’s surface to exfoliate and decongest pores, as well as encouraging cellular turnover.

How to Use Acid Solution

Use Acid Solution as a brightening toner in your daily regime

Step 1: After cleansing, pour a few drops of Acid Solution into the palm of your hand, and pat over face and neck.

Step 2: Alternatively, apply using a cotton pad. Allow a few minutes to absorb, before following with serum and moisturizer.

Step 3: Avoid contact with eyes. When using acid products, use an SPF.

About Omorovicza

Meet the Founders

In 1861, the Omorovicza family unveiled the Rácz Fürdő in Budapest. There, founders Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza experienced the curative powers of the mineral-charged waters of Budapest. Inspired by this experience and their eccentric heritage, they founded Omorovicza to bring the magic of the thermal baths of Budapest to the world. To this day, the Rácz inspires every product and treatment.

Budapest’s Unique Geology

Following a tectonic collision, Budapest was formed in the same moment as the Himalayas. This formed a massive fissure, where waters plunge right down and are imbued with minerals, before being delivered to the surface and discovered by the various waves of humans to inhabit Budapest, and benefit from its waters. Among those inspired by this geological marvel was the Omorovicza family, who created the Racz Fürdő, or thermal bath, the first Omorovicza Institute.
